Frequently asked questions
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early and asking your guests to do the same. Please allow 10 minutes of your studio time for setup and sound checks.
The minimum booking duration is two hours.
We are typically fully booked and asked that you plan to stay within your time slot. If you run over by more than 5 minutes, you'll be charged for an extra half hour. Going over by more than 30 minutes is billed at time and a half.
Yes. We offer a bulk booking package — book 10 hours, get 2 free (12 hours for the price of 10). This is popular with recurring clients. Multi-day bookings are available but not discounted.

If you cancel within 14 days but more than 48 hours in advance, we'll issue studio credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are considered lost bookings and are not eligible for credit.
Finchley Studios is just two minutes from Finchley Central Underground Station. We're located at 1 Dollis Mews, N3 1HH — just off Regent's Park Road, opposite the Travelodge. We're easily accessible via bus, car, or tube, and about an hour from Heathrow by Underground.
Yes. There are two free parking spaces in the mews beside the studio entrance available upon request, and paid parking nearby. Please let us know in advance if you'll be unloading gear — we may be able to store items for you ahead of your session.
Yes, all our studios are fully soundproofed.
Yes. A senior engineer is available with every booking to assist with setup and technical requirements when you book a Gold or Platinum package. A technician provides basic lighting support on Silver Package bookings.
Your equipment list will be provided based on your production requirements. The following is available for Gold and Platinum bookings:
Yes, we support livestreams and remote interviews via Riverside FM, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Yes, our green screen cove includes full professional lighting as part of every booking.
Yes, available and operated by our technician when you book our Platinum Package.
Absolutely. Please share a call sheet and crew list for security. Let us know if we can assist with unloading or gear storage.
Yes, we provide high-speed internet access free of charge.

Yes. Reels are included in our Silver Plus and Gold Plus Packages. Additional clips or trailers can be purchased as add-ons.
Most edits take around 7 days to complete or send for review. If your package includes a revision, please allow an additional 5–7 days.
No. A 20% UK VAT charge is added at checkout.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as bank transfers.
Payment is due at least 7 days before your booking date, or immediately for bookings made within 7 days.
